Talk Therapy Your Way
Dr. Tara J. Snow DDIV, CADC
Many people feel lost and overwhelmed by their emotions. Through my struggles, I have learned the importance of seeking support and finding ways to cope. My journey proves that even in the darkest times, there is hope for healing and brighter days ahead. Everyone has a choice in difficult moments: you can either give up or find the strength to move forward. As someone who has survived my battles, I am passionate about wanting to help others who are also facing tough times.
Meeting clients where they are is an important step in supporting their journey to a healthy lifestyle. Together, we will explore strategies, tools, and techniques that will empower you. This approach aims to create a safe space for everyone to grow and heal at their own pace.
The important question for everyone is, what path will you decide to take?
Tara has been married since 2009, with three wonderful children. She is passionate about sharing the message of Hope to all who cross her path, her heart desires that the world knows God loves you!
